For delivery partners
A clear security brief. A connected handover.
We work with appointed security integrators and local specialists to carry the design requirements through delivery. Clear interfaces, responsibilities and acceptance criteria help the project team keep decisions connected to the client’s brief.
Discuss a projectConsulting and physical delivery
Define the responsibility
at each interface.
SNE provides security planning, design input and agreed reviews. The appointed providers carry out installation, local site checks and physical testing.
Communication follows the architect’s, engineer’s or project manager’s coordination process. We agree who issues technical queries, approves changes and accepts completion evidence.
Where a client needs a local specialist, we can help organise a suitable provider under a separate appointment. Relevant referral or supplier relationships are disclosed.
Integrators can also engage SNE for a defined technical or document review within the agreed project requirements.
Information that supports delivery
From the requirements
to evidence of the outcome.
- A defined brief, interfaces and acceptance requirements
- Review of contractor proposals and substitutions where agreed
- Technical queries tied to the relevant design information
- Supplied commissioning and handover evidence
- A record of unresolved items and the information needed for closeout
Working through the appointed project team
What needs to be clearer before delivery?
Tell us the project stage, your role and the technical question or review required. We’ll agree a defined consultancy scope.
